After more than 25 years of hands-on experience alongside the hospitality industry’s top leaders, Chef Jose Serrato pursued his dream of opening his own steakhouse rooted in quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality. Together with his wife and co-founder, Elizabeth Serrato, that vision became Serrato’s Steakhouse. The first location opened in October 2021 in historic Franklin, Tennessee, with a mission to consistently deliver a highly valued dining experience.
Now located in Franklin and Brentwood, TN, Serrato’s Steakhouse features eclectic, chef-inspired cuisine, including hand-cut prime steaks, fresh seafood, and gourmet salads. Our prime steaks are expertly prepared to achieve optimal flavor, moisture, tenderness, and precise temperature. Fresh seafood selections highlight wild-caught offerings and rotate seasonally to showcase the best of each season. Our gourmet salads may be enhanced with optional toppings such as steak, fish, shrimp, scallops, or chicken.
Guests can also enjoy a full-service bar featuring specialty cocktails, a curated selection of beers—many sourced locally—and an excellent wine list designed to complement every meal. Serrato’s Steakhouse is proud to continue its growth with a new location opening in Bellevue in early summer 2026.
